исполнитель распоряжения
разновидность брокерской/дилерской компании, которая исполняет распоряжения клиентов на NASDAQ. Такие фирмы имеют возможность пользоваться котировками маркет-мейкеров на ценные бумаги, обращающиеся на NASDAQ. Их основная роль — способствовать повышению уровня ликвидности посредством привнесения дополнительных поручений к тем, которые исполняются на NASDAQ. Отличие этих компаний от маркет-мейкеров заключается в том, что они не берут на себя обязательства по предоставлению капитала или поддержанию ценовых котировок на ценные бумаги, обращающиеся на этой торговой площадке (см. firm capital commitment)
